The hotel has an accessible entrance via the car park and our request for a quieter room due to travelling with a young baby was kindly granted. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, with particular thanks to Anne-Marie who was a delight to our baby! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the added extra of the travel cot was very welcome. Breakfast was good value considering the quality and range of items available - booking on the day of arrival to benefit from the discount in hindsight, is worth noting. They have a handy tuck shop if you forget items, such as toothpaste and other toiletries as well as things to keep the children entertained, such as colouring books! A thoughtful touch and reasonably priced! Finally, we would happily visit again and this time check out the leisure club including the decent sized swimming pool!

The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious. It was quiet around the corridors which was a definite bonus. As for the bed itself, it was extremely comfortable. Very rested . Tea coffee, assortment very good. All you needed in the room . Even an ironing board and iron. Was only stopping over 1 night before flight. Would stay at hotel again ifl traveling to airport. A 5minutes walk to the airport. Thanks to the young lady at reception as I arrived early and she said she would look and see if the room was ready and it was. So she said you can go to the room. Thank you cleaning ladies for my very clean room. Also a lovely size bath, to relax in. I was told when asked all the rooms have baths in, also a shower. Thank you.

Great location for pre flight overnight stay. If you fly with Jet 2 it’s a 10 minute walk to departures to drop off luggage at twilight booking before settling in with a drink at the hotel bar and an early night. The previous time we stayed our room was miles away from reception and exit. As we are 77 and 81 and I have some mobility issues it was hard wok. When I booked this time I asked for a room nearer reception, explaining why. This visit, we were really nearby and we were very pleased that our request acted on, good customer service

Staff were very helpful and kind, our flight had been delayed multiple times and I phoned ahead to advise check in would be much later than initially planned. The gentleman was so kind and reassuring on the phone. Selection of toiletries, snacks and essentials were available to purchase at reception which was very convenient. Located right beside the airport which was very handy. Breakfast was exceptional!

We stayed one night before flying from the airport in May. We've stayed many times before under the Jury's Inn Brand. A clean, comfortable hotel, no real frills. We didn't eat in so can't comment on the food but when we have stayed before it's always been OK, nothing special. We stay here solely for the convenience that we can walk the airport and leave our car at the airport on a park and fly deal.
